At Little Chaos Acres™, we want you to love every product you take home from our farm-inspired kitchen. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you’re not satisfied with a spice blend, we offer a one-time store credit toward another product.
As taste preferences vary, this courtesy is provided once per customer.
For food products (spices, cocoas, sugar sprinkles, mixes), we are unable to accept returns once opened. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily make it right with a replacement or store credit.
For non-food items (Cheeky Sleeves, crafts, gift sets), returns or exchanges may be offered if the item is unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Return transit times may vary depending on your location. If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Little Chaos Acres™ cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
